Perform through Sport is an interactive website that explores how taking part in sport - as an individual or as part of a team - can also affect your emotions, your attitudes and ultimately your behaviours, not just on the sports field but in all aspects of daily life
The purpose of Perform through Sport is to:
- encourage and develop positive attitudes and behaviours that will maximise interest and participation in sport
- support diversity and all aspects of social inclusion
- encourage healthy lifestyles and promote lifelong learning
- help develop mutual respect between team mates, opponents and people in authority
- demonstrate how lessons learned through participation in sport translate directly to enhance life chances in work and society
